1. Instructions to get Serial Number (S/N)
Each product will have a 13-digit S/N number printed on the label and affixed on the machine case. Please check the information on the box to know the number S/N of the product in use. Please keep the case for us We can provide you with the best possible warranty support.
2. Instructions for submitting a warranty claim
To claim the warranty, you need to follow these steps:
