JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare and implement sales plans, allocate sales targets to team members.
- Manage, monitor and support sales staff in implementing plans and achieving sales goals.
- Train, guide and develop sales skills, communication skills and customer care skills for staff.
- Monitor and evaluate sales staff’s work performance, propose improvement measures and reward/discipline when necessary.
- Build and develop new sales channels to ensure business strategy and achieve sales goals.
- Conduct meetings, exchange information with large and potential customers, and resolve customer-related issues.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities and introduce the company’s products/services to customers.
- Report business results, market situation, competitors and contribute to developing sales strategies for higher management levels.
- Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product, Customer Service to ensure sales activities are effective and achieve overall company goals.
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Male, age 25 – 30.
- Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, International Business or related field.
- 3 years of sales experience and 2 years of sales management experience. Priority is given to candidates with experience in the consumer electronics and e-commerce industry
